4.2 Cash on Delivery (COD) Orders

  • COD orders can only be canceled before dispatch.

5. Refunds for Cancellations


5.1 Refund Processing Time

If a prepaid order is canceled within the eligible cancellation window, the refund will be
processed within 15 business days via the original payment method.


5.2 Deductions & Non-Refundable Charges

  • Transaction Fees & Payment Gateway Charges: Certain payment providers may
    deduct fees, which will not be refunded.
  • Non-Refundable Shipping Charges: If an order has already been packed/dispatched but
    is later canceled, shipping costs will not be refunded.

5.3 Store Credit Option

Instead of a refund, customers may opt for store credit of the same value, redeemable on future
purchases. Store credit is valid for lifetime from the date of issuance and cannot be exchanged
for cash.
